Privacy policy

Visits to the Pontevedra Provincial Council portals are carried out anonymously. 

Users must only provide their personal data to be able to access services in which a specific procedure or form is necessary for their provision. Under no circumstances will this information be processed or transferred to third parties without the unequivocal consent of the affected person.

These data will be incorporated into the register of personal data processing activities of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra and will be managed for their specific purpose, in accordance with the basic data protection regulations, and will be used, solely and exclusively, for the purposes provided for in the procedure or action in question.

The period of conservation of the data will depend on what is specified for each treatment and these will be transferred, where appropriate, only with the prior consent of the interested person or in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation.

The persons concerned may access, rectify and delete their data, as well as exercise other rights or revoke their consent in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force:

  1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Corrigendum to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) 
  3. Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of electronic administration.
  4. Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights


Likewise, interested parties also have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
